As long as you do not try to push it in any further than what you see in the pic, ie don't trim the liner to seat the blade further like some guys like to, you should not have any trouble with the screw touching.
That nmsfno was stripped/ghetto satin, so I did not adjust the liner at all to prevent scratching and just slid it in there nice and snug.
You may be more hesitant with your pretty satin if you wish, but my satin users get treated the same way and they just look well loved as a result.
