Welcome! Case CV is some of my favorite steel. It's very forgiving, it holds an edge well, and the visual character it takes on after a while just adds to the appeal of the knife. (My large CV Stockman looks like it would be right at home on my grandpa's farm 50 years ago. :thumbup
