Very nice, I love the damascus and how all the layers flow to the tip. Very nice flow on the ridge from the upper and lower edges. not a big fan of Osage, but it works great on this knife. I would say you nailed this one. Steven

Phillip you never stop amazing me!! That is beautiful, I can't wait to get one of your knives this year!!:D

:) On the advice of some people, I started the serial numbers at 1000, so I've actually only made about 160. I don't know which way would have been better.

What more is there to say??

Perhaps -- 'I'd buy one!' Love the fit and finish...and that osage handle.

Terrific work, sir.

That is a very nice knife! The combination of that damascus with the wood is brilliant!
Keep up the good work!

That really is a sweet knife! It has a very clean, classic sort of look to it. Nice work:thumbup:

Thanks guys. kbaknife, yes I am pleased, although next time I'm going to use damascus with higher layer count. With this few layers, the pattern on the flats looks a little splotchy.

Very Very nice knife. Nothing like a large picture to show how good fit and finish really are. and yours looks really well done. Something to be proud of having made!

Please forgive the noobie question, but why is it called a "chute" knife??

And what a beautiful chute knife it is too!!

:D
