It just arrived. ATS-34 blade. Sambar Stage handle. Nickle Silver bolsters. Blade and bolsters engraved. I've wanted to have something engraved with my Bar number to commemorate passing the CA Bar but couldn't think of anything. Then I found the Buck Custom Shop web site. It took 2 months but it was well worth the wait. Needs a bit of oil. A few scratches along the spine but nothing to complain about. Very happy.

Will you have a problem taking it to work? Or is it just for display at home?
 
And where would an old man find this Custom Shop web-site?

Can't resist ordering a custom Buck 110 of my own...

I would have a major problem taking it to work. I felt like Aldrich Ames taking pictures of it with my camera phone underneath my desk with my office door closed (which is suspicious because it's never closed).

This is for camping, hunting, and lookin' at for hours on end at home. I intend for it to be my primary field dressing and skinning knife.

I'm going to take pictures with my wife's digital camera tonight when I get home. If the new power cord for the computer arrives I'll post them tonight in the Picture Thread.

It can't go to work with me. The national agencies just don't understand my fascination with sharp objects!

Very nice 110. I love the stag handle!!!!! I'm sure you can get with wh4f, and he'll let you get savage with some of his bunnies.....or ducks..LOL

Hopefully tonight or tomorrow. The power cable to my laptop died and Mac has chosen to discontinue that power cable (computer is 1 year old). Amazon is set to deliver a different type of cable today. Until that happens, I can only do it at work and, well, I'd prefer to keep my job. But "yes," more and better photos will be forthcoming.
