Got a good deal today on this custom Pat Craford Falcon. My first ever custom. I'm a happy camper.:)

Pat & Wes make some great knifes I just picked up one at the Bladeshow last week.

Sweeeet!

I like the subtle recurve, I bet it cuts like a charm:) Be warned though, customs can turn into a deep, deep rabbit hole of chasing around knives that are rare. Or always trying to get on books that are seemingly always full:D

I don't know how it cuts yet, I've only owned it for 3 hours. Lol
I do know that it's was a safe queen, and still has the original edge, which is very sharp for a 10 to 12 year old knife.

And yea, I know I'm headed down the slippery slope.LOL

I hope it doesn't stay a safe queen for long.

No way! I'm gonna carry it and use it. I always promised myself that if I ever had a hand made custom, I would carry it. None of my knives are safe queens, unless I just don't like them, and I like this one.

I just touched up the edge on this thing, it is now beyond stupid sharp. Probably the sharpest edge I've ever had. I'm definitely gonna like this knife.

Yay! Enjoy the s#it out of it.

I'll tell you what people, I can't believe how super smooth the action on this knife is. I thought my CRK's were smooth...untill now.

i just got my first custom knife its a cliff manley blades knife its so cool to own a custom u cant run to the big box stores and grab off the shelf does anyone know much about his knives thanks to all

I buy way more custom knives than production. It's been like that for the last couple years. This is how it works... you find a maker who can build exactly what you want and you stick with him like he's the only guy at the party who has cocaine. The maker will "learn" you and each successive knife will be better than the last. Reese Weiland, Darrel Ralph, and Rob Dalton know what my needs are. Find that knifemaker and you will be a happy camper.
