Well the day came to pick up my first custom folder! I headed over to Mr. Keith Coleman to pickup my knife yesterday and WOW! He did a wonderful job on it. When I can lay my hands on a digital camera I'll post some pictures. The knife is one of Keiths model II's sized up to a 3 inch blade. It is a very high hollow grind made out of 154 CM steel. The liners are made out of gold anodized Ti. with some filework thrown in, I also had Keith place some traction grooves on the blade spine for some of those more difficult cutting jobs. The Ti. Bolsters and Cocobolo handle scales with black waterbuffalo horn backspacer round everything out. I'm starting to understand how this custom knife thing can get additive! I'm already considering what my next knife should be. Keith does some outstanding work at VERY fair prices! The best part has been visiting with Keith(This is convienient when you live in the same city). I need to track down a camera this weekend and shoot some pics.

A great entrance in Customs. Keith's knives are always of great quality at a fair price. I hope and feel pretty confident that you will.

Tom, You are quite correct about Keith being a very quiet individual, requiring more exposure! I have been elated since receiving my knife! :D

...but I did warn you that Keith's knives were seriously good stuff ;). I'm afraid you're hooked now; this is probably just the first of many. I own three of Keith's folders, and I definitely agree with all of the comments about the quality and value of his work. My Coleman SUV still gets more use than any of the other customs in my collection...I hope you get a similar amount of pleasure out of your new knife.

Way to go! Keith does some fine work for certain. Gotta give that man another ring soon, I have had something brewing for awhile and feel he is the man to do it. Please post some pics when you can, I really wan to see this one.

Easyrider, Glad you got your knife. I am very pleased with both my Coleman folders. I think I will go put my Model II in my pocket now. It is the smoothest folder I have ever owned. Can't wait to see a pic or two of yours.
