Well this is one I have been looking foward to making for a while and finally got it done! This is my first knife out of damascus and I am pleased as to how it came out.
overall length: 8 1/2"
blade length: 4" of 5/32" hollow ground Alabama damascus. Now I decided to do a two tone etch on this knife, so the blade and the top clip have a deep high contrast etch but on the flats I did sort of a ghost etch, which is a lot lighter etch and then completely buffed out! This gives the knife a bit more depth in between the ricaso and the blade grinds!
Handle material: WSSI stabilized redwood burl, with stainless pins and stainless lanyard tube.
This one will be $275 including a custom leather sheath, your choice of either right or left handed carry! This also includes shipping to the CONUS but all international shipping will be extra!
I accept Paypal and USPS money orders only!

All of your comments are welcome and apreciated!
Thanks Jason

Jason,

That's one hell of a good lookin blade! The fit and finish of the handle is excellent as well, very nice contours.

I must have used the wrong pic, I actually only put my mark on the spine of the knife because I did not want to mess with the blade faces! And no I did not make the billet, but that will be coming soon!!!
I will put up the right pic in a couple, that shows my makers mark on the spine!!!

Are you sure this is your first damascus? Hell, I can only imagine what the following ones will lok like. Congratulations!

Beautiful work, as usual!

The Damascus and Burl look great together and your grinds and etching are smooth!
