some of my gold etch and black etch knives do have
letters or names in the design
it is my thought that could be in the art proofs they all have that ...
but that in production several masks may be made and at some time
that is dropped for some reason
i have seen some with buck knives inc in the etching and some of the same with out it!
my question is :
the designs are copy righted
are they by buck and the artist?
i found it odd that the design of the bear and flag is identical
yet there are detail differences in the claws and eyes and other details ..
if the art work was identical then buck could use it any time as owning it
but why make the detail differences in the eyes, claws, flag, rope and numbers?
but as an artist my self i would prefer that my work not be changed at all ..
btw : can you guys spot the differences also?
