My first Fiddleback!

Thanks guys! Things are really working out well. I just scored a sheath from blade forum member "Bonafide". Wouldn't you know, he's in Atlanta too. I'm meeting with him tomorrow to pick it up! Unreal.

He's the one that comes by the shop on his day off and does the sneak peeks you were talking about
 
Hmmm... I've been traveling more for work recently and I just learned that I have to travel to Atlanta a few times this year.

I'm scheming a side trip.
 
Congrats! Great knife for your 1st Fiddleback and a fantastic experience to go along with it. I will also say without hesitation that you will love Bud's (Bonafide) sheaths. He does some amazing work.

Nice score. As far as first Fiddlebacks go, you could do a lot worse. Great choice! Now get out and use that thing.
 
Wow, I'm dusting off a five year old thread. I can't believe it's been so long. I mistakenly sold off this original Esquire. But, after going down many rabbit holes and going through countless knives of all shapes an sizes, I'm back! With a vengeance! I just ordered two Esquires and a pocket sheath. I'll keep you all posted once they arrive. Vance, you've moved since my visit way back when. I'll be in Atlanta later this year and will likely give you a call for a visit to the new shop (and to buy something of course) - Jason
