Finished this one up a few weeks back and have been using it everyday to figure out what I like and don't like so I can eventually make a few for sale.

Liners are .062 ti and the blade and spacer are O1. Bolsters are 416 stainless and the scales are blue/black g10. Blade is 1/8" thick and approx 3" long hollow ground with 1/4" hand checkered thumb studs. The back spacer was milled to size to allow for the blade thickness plus the .012" nylatron washers on each side (spacer thickness is 0.149") and the pivot is 3/16" with a 3/32" detent ball in the liner.

So far, I've figured out that the next one will be stainless, I'm going to use thinner material for the blade and liner to decrease the total thickness (making it a bit slimmer in the pocket) and I need to tweak the aestetics a bit (It just doesn't seem to flow properly). Other than that, it's solid and does what it was made to do.

Anyway, hope you enjoy the look, feel free to comment/critique.

Have a good one,
Nathan

I think the knife looks pretty good, but think it would look better with a few less screws. The flow isn't bad, but could be better. In my opinion it isn't too thick, but I'll know better after seeing what your next one looks like.

Overall, I really like this knife.

Thanks keith! The reason there are so many screws visible is because I only had button head screws when I made it - so I was unable to countersink some into the liners under the scales and bolsters (something which I want to do on the next one) I am still working on the design for a slimmer version (this one is about 5/8 - 3/4" thick across the handle, I would like to get that down to under 1/2") so it isn't so beefy and heavy for an everyday carry folder. Also, I need to work on the detent and relief on the spring (it is too strong right now for anyone who doesn't have calloused up welder hands like mine - or so I've been told).
