my first FREMONT JACK!

Nice find - Fremont Jack is a future classic. As for the question on carry - I like to throw 'em in my pocket and let bang up on whatever else I put in there. I don't like shiny metal anything. I've bought new Case knives, and taken steel wool to the bone, bolsters, and blades before I carry them. Not because I want faux patina as much as I don't like the awkward phase where the knife is shiny with nicks and dings in it. I prefer to break 'em in and go on with the beating.

Same here rex, I don't like the safe queen look either. This Fremont is nice and dulled out as I got it so suits me perfectly, no banging it around the keys first

Very nice!

I never even knew there was a Fremont in stag. Actually, the blue bone KTM posted is a new one for me too.

So, just how many variations of Fremonts are out there? Does anyone have a complete collection?

Mine are: Yellow Camel, Elephant Ivory, Mammoth Ivory, Cocobolo & Smooth Oiled Camel - apparently FAR from the complete offering!

There are a ton, of most Northwoods. They change it up year to year it seems. Stag is always my favorite, or OD micarta.
