To all in the Traditional Forum,
I'd like to thank each and every one of you here for your kindness and willingness to share knowledge with everyone. I'm a member of more than a few forums, and a moderator on one to boot. I've never experienced the friendliness like I've seen here on Traditionals. And to think I only came looking for info on a Case Trapperlock...
So to give my thanks, I would like to host a giveaway. I meant to do it at 1K posts but was busy with my classes. I wanted to have it between Christmas and New Years but my father-in-law has been ill. So, here is is, even though I don't have pictures of everything I think you all know about these knives.
I'd like to give to the folks who contribute in the Traditional Forum, so please, if you just pop in and say "I'm in" and don't post in this forum, well, sorry. Let's say a majority of your posts in this forum for qualification. You can tell everyone about your favorite traditional, or just say "I'm in".
I will give away three knives, a first choice, second choice and a third. I'll use a random number generator so your post number is your entry. So, whoever gets picked first gets first choice of the three, second pick gets second choice, and the third pick gets the remaining knife. I'll try to ship wherever, hopefully if a winner is out of CONUS it will get there via USPS.
Since I don't have pics of all three I'll use stock photos as well as describing them as best as possible.
First knife is an SFO stag handled Queen City Copperhead. The stag is nice on this, FnF is good, 1095 blades, but like many Queens the grind isn't the best. Sorry for the stock photo, I'll try to get my own as soon as I can.

Next is a Utica brown bone "Catskill" 3 7/8" stockman. I really like this knife, FnF is also good though the spey blade could use a profiling. It's a fairly chunky carry, so I find myself using my smaller Utica Catskill stockman more. Again, I'll try to get my own photo as soon as I can.

Last but not least, a Case yeller Delrin CV Peanut:
As I love small knives, I hope that the winner will discover how great a little slicer can be!
I will pick the winners at midnight on Saturday January 12th. Good luck all!
Cheers,
Griff
ETA: Winners announced on page 3!
