My fav pattern would be a lambsfoot, not very common now days but was the working mans knife in Sheffield cutlery stores.

Very generous of you, thanks! I'm in! Since everyone is taking about their favorite slipjoint, mine would probably be the stockman or texas jack style in Case or Schrade OT (USA), but the peanuts are quickly growing on me. Growing up all my uncles had were Case and OT's. They would sit around talking smack about who's knife was the sharpest...lol! So needless to say I'm partial to those two brands, but I would love to try some others.

Hard to pick a favorite I like so many, but if I had to pick a favorite pattern I would say its the 2 blade jack knife.

My 3 favorite pattern in no particular order are:
1) Peanut
2) Case Pen Knife
3) Stockman

They all fill a different roll but I love these the best so far. However, there are many that I still would love to try out.

My current favorite knife is my new GEC TC Barlow Jack in antique yellow sawcut bone. It is truly a beautiful knife with near-perfect fit and finish.

my favorite knife used to be my opinel #7 and hardly carried anything else for months. but since christmas day i have been carrying a douk douk. so i may not have a `favorite` knife so much as a `default` knife. lol

My favorite has to be the Small Stockman. That was the first knife I bought for myself, and I’ve carried one ever since. For most of that time I’ve paired it with a larger knife, because a good handle matters. And for some purposes a longer blade matters. E.G., at a picnic. But nothing has ever kicked the Junior Stockman out of my pocket.
