My first Griptilians

Thanks for all the input guys!

I wrote up a review of the Benchmade 720. It seems a bit odd, writing a review for a knife that has been discontinued for a long time. Should I post it to the Reviews section?

I've been carrying a modified sheepsfoot combo edge full size griptilian at work for the last 5 or 6 years. It is a workhorse of a knife. It's done everything from cutting various materials, digging things out of drywall, even prying.

I know it's abuse, but this knife has stood the test of time. I hope you get as many years of service out of your new knives as I continue to get out of mine.

The handle seems beefy, but it seems to fit just right in the hand when cutting. Also, the axis lock is rock solid. I have never even worried about its failure in any task I have undertaken with this knife.

WOOOO hey pal we've got something in common, I've been carrying my BM 722 a little longer than you. :D

My 722 got the G-10 handles though, so no weight issue, and definitely not a weak tip .

You got a SWEET deal on the Grips!
