  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

My First Hen & Rooster is on the way.

Hen & Rooster's are another brand you never see in my neck of the woods, so I hope I will be pleased. Anyone have much experience with them?

I have a 1994 Hen & Rooster 224/DS Stag "Moonshiner" Large Congress. F&F is superb as well as the walk & talk. Big ole hefty congress which sits proudly
in my collection. One day I'll get one of the A.G Russell era hens, they are second to none.

I talked to the frost rep at the 2005 NWTF convention last year. I believe he said they bought the "Name" hen and rooster, but that they would stil be made in the same place. He could have been telling a cock and bull story about hen and rooster :) (sorry for the bad wordplay, I couldn't resist.)

I have a little Hen & Rooster Barlow that I bought from AG Russell last year.

I have been VERY pleased with mine, the blades have darkened up nicely after cutting a few granny smith apples.

The green actually grows on you after awhile.
