Uh oh. You have the sickness now! Bye bye hard earned money! Wait until you start customizing your hinderers too! Thats the best part!

I have no issues with any size XM in public.

Maybe I am just inconsiderate of others feeling but the knife I have is the knife I pull out. If it is a problem for someone, oh well this is America and I will carry what is legal and use it. I never did get the concern about sheeple. And you have a great knife as much as you love it now it will only grow.

The "sheeple" quickly change their opinions on most anything when it's being used to benefit them or save the life of them or theirs. With that in mind, I give their opinions little weight.

I understand what you are saying, and don't get me wrong I don't flaunt my knives or anything else I carry I just use what I have on for the job that needs to be done. And you are right "sheeple" can quickly change their mind if it benefits them and then they can quickly change it back when they are with their own and vote how all the other "sheeple" will vote. And agin I understand what you are saying.

Could I kindly ask we take the "sheeple" talk to a General Knife Discussion forum? (there are plenty: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/search.php?searchid=4584056). I find the term rude and didn't want this thread to turn into a discussion of non-knife people and what they think of bigger blades. Thanks.

Not really necessary. But some may want to expound on the topic. My words on the topic are comments, not really conversation.

Tonystl when you get the XM 24 (not if) you are not going to believe what a beast it is, closest thing to a fixed blade, welcome to the addition my friend!

It's great to have all three(3) size Hinderer folders.
EDC my XM18 3.5" most of the time, 3" in the summer and IF I go out into the woods, hiking, hunting, etc. - it's the 24.
Love the versatility of the XM....having the choice of sizes makes it even better. :)
