My first INFI

That orange high street is a sweet snag too - if you thin out the edge profile a bit, it will be a heck of a slicer. My fiance loves hers.

I think I will put a thinner convex edge on it. I am a bit hesitant to go for it because I am not that confident in my sharpening skills. I don't want to go and mess up the edge on my pretty new Busse.

nice. welcome.

now beat the snot out of it, for that is the only true way to INFI enlightenment.

I will get out and get some user pics as soon as things thaw out a bit and I don't have to dig through the snow.

as far as sheaths go check with buy brown for kydex and chuddy bear for leather, they are also several other sheath makers on here, all of them are good quality makers and are easy to talk to.

That is a great score. Really, infi makes for great choppers. I don't really think I will ever need the strength of Infi in a smaller knife (I can't imagine too many things that I would actually use my .22 GW or even the thinner SS that would really hurt them, barring an emergency) but big choppers can really get some stress on them when you abuse them.

I finally had a chance to do some chopping with my BWM.

BWM - 1 vs 40 ft Tree - 0

It cut through that tree like butter. That job didn't take near as long as I thought it would.

Received a lovely present in the mail today from Busse Combat.

I am so excited. I just want to go chop something. I would go out and chop something right now if it wasn't so damn cold outside.

This thing feels great, and it is shaving sharp.

I like that color combo! Nice score!

nice. see, that's what it's made for... use.

thanks for sharing.

Those are a great pair for introducing yourself to the INFI sickness, for which there is no cure -- only temporary relief obtained through each acquisition of more INFI. You've got the "Big & Little" combo bases nicely covered with the BWM and High Street.

Grasshopper, listen to the wisdom of Downtown for he speaks a great truth. ;) :D

Thanks for the pics of the demolition-destruction-havoc wreaked with those bad boys.

I've found myself saying that very phrase....:grumpy:....a lot. There's just never enough when the choppers comes out.

Congrats on your new INFI :thumbup:

Welcome to the fray and thanks for sharing.
