My First INFI!!!

If you want the scales to be a bit lighter in color just wash in soap and water and let dry. They darken with use and the oils in your skin. Congrats on a great knife.

Thanks for the advise Dave. I tried it and the scales are a little lighter than they were

Man I just can't get over how cool this knife is. I'm gonna need to get her a pair of pants made soon and I think I'm gonna go with leather. Now the problem is whether I can bring myself to part with her for a little while to have a sheath made or perhaps try and make a sheath myself. I'm almost leaning toward trying to make one myself since it would be an interesting project as well a cool learning experience but at the same time, a knife this nice deserves a top quality sheath.

Yeah I understand, its not too big a chore to make a nice leather sheath. It gets hard when you want to make a bunch exactly the same. Since I carry the tglb camping and backpacking a lot kydex works well for me. For a fancier knife I'll make a leather sheath instead.

So for the tglb
