My first knife from scratch............

so sweet. can you fit your whole hand on the handle?

I had that same issue when I made my first knife from scratch (still the only one I have made). I figured I better ask the BossHog so that it would not get me in trouble.

I went simple and made one that looks exactly like a game warden.

I went with a green handle scale material (g-11) and used bras pins instead of flared handle tubes as fastening (plus 2 ton epoxy) just so you could tell it apart from any other GW's. I was worried that people would be fooled, so I promised BossHOg that I would keep this one for my self, and not sell it to anyone. He seemed to be cool with it too.

I know, I if I had not used the green handle scales, and the brass pins, you would not be able to tell them apart!

You got some splainin' to do Lucy!!! Oh Jerry is 3/4 through a bottle, he'll agree to anything!!!

FINALLY...a knife that is no doubt PERFECT for my widdle hands...and you can't make any more! ;) Seriously, I am very impressed with this blade, 'Ducci! Sweet work!

Nice work there, very clean indeed. How thin is that blade, I was guessing at 1/4'' but now i'm thinking 1/8''?

That is a beaut, but, won't Jerry be upset that you TOTALLY copied his design?

Okay, just kidding, I read the first post.

But it is beautiful.

Wow! Looks great !

What's the blade, and overall length? EDIT... nevermind, I just seen the specs in the other thread
