Thank you all for the kind words. There is no different attempts, its only one knife just the pics is made in the different stages of the knife making(i fix the uneven grind but not the bad pics). My high school education is art metal (also graphics and sculpture). I not heat treat myself I send the knife to a specialist. The belt grinder i made it myself. Grinding wheel is 10 inch made from an air craft grade of aluminum, that I give it to a turner, and after that is glued whit technical rubber (there is no problems whit the wheel at 3000rpm).The motor is 2 hp 1500 rpm(from oil pump).Here is the pictures of my homemade belt grinder.
