My first knife is going to be made out of a file . Any suggestions

Any suggestions guys . I annealed it and went to work on it . I used a 4" sanding wheel and kep it cool as I was grinding . I'm trying to post a photo but it wants me to do an image URL??
 
Or you can upload image to Imgur, right click the image itself and copy image, then paste into the text editor area.
 
If you annealed it there is probably no reason to keep it cool as you grind. Then when you are finished you will have to heat treat it again.
