My first knife over 100$

Well I started collecting about a month or so ago and I'm addicted. I have 4 Leeks and a Blur, and I'm looking to buy my first knife over a 100$. So far my choices are...

ZDP Kershaw Cyclone
Benchmade Mini-Skirmish
Kershaw BOA
Spyderco Native

I would like it to be easy to very easy to open, 100-150 and 3-3.5 inches.
Any opinions?
 
I would pay close attention to the ZDP Kershaw Cyclone and to a Spyderco Para-Military.

thats a yuna hard 2- a 3'' zdp blade

i use a zdp mini cyclone as a work edc-cant go wrong with it either
 
How about a Benchmade 943 Osborne. Blade is 3.40'' S30V w/ axis lock and aluminum handles. They can go from $120-130, but can be ebayed for ~$100.
