My first Knife

Well This is the knife that I made from some undersized 1/8 O-1. Basically used a used 6" bench grinder and a lot of draw filing. Took it to IG's who guaranteed me it wouldn't survive heat treat. Well came out harder than a file and straight as an arrow. It is now called "The knife that shouldn't be" The scales are Makora skillfully stabilized by IG. Thanks for looking

Great first knife! Mine started out 3/4" wide and by the time i was sorta finished, it was a little more than only a 1/4" wide from all the bad stock removal! :thumbup::thumbup:

using too fast of a grinder and applying too much pressure never helps!
