My first Kukhri

..with that "babysitting" routine. Tsimi will wait 'til you're out of the house, and show up at the front door, telling your Mom "I'm here to pick up the kiddies". Tell her to beware of kindly old men in black capes.

LMAO Haha ho ho ho! Don't worry, I'll be carefull:) It's the fact that my bedroom is on the first floor and my K's are handing on my wall drying that bothers me. Every once in a while my dogs start barking then whining and I wonder... "Could it be Tsimi? Could the Cave man be checking out my house trying to get at my new Kesar made M43?":D:) he he he he he

My Khuks are protected by the slobbering Labrador, and the Killer Cairn. The intruder slips on the slobber, and then the Cairn can reach their throat. If that fails, the Cairn can take out a kneecap (he isn't very tall) and the Lab beats them into submission with her tail. She is deceptively friendly.

The WWII chops better than the Ka Bar? I had 3 of those knives till I discovered quality khukuri's.

Will-

The ka-bar is a fine combat knife. It is also a terrible throwing knife. Throwing this knife for extended periods tends to snap it in half :p I picked up some of Cold Steel's throwers and they have barely even bent after hundreds of tosses (and perhaps thousands of misses)

I'm not quite sure how a khukuri throws, but I know it is 2nd only to an ax in chopping.

Bill-

You may have a dozen customers in peoria now, but after have showed my WWII off, you'll have dozens more.

Welcome to the Cantina Vicks!:D

And congrats on the new blade--nice choice! The 18" WWII (steel furniture like Kmarks, but with wood handle)is on my growing list of must haves:)
