My first kydex sheath....

I'll try it a little warmer and experiment with it Hoopster. At 275 there was no odor, but when I overheated the edges with the heat gun when I was first playing with it, there was a slight funk. Toaster oven in my future. Need to find a deal on one at a yard sale.

That's what I did, found a cheap toaster oven at a flea market. Just get the biggest you can find so you aren't limited to smaller sheaths.

I like it! I was wondering how to get the fine details and outline of the knives in! A friend at big 5 gave me a s&w homeland security knife, cause they lost the sheath and were ganna toss it. He said I could have it. Now I am thinking I want to make a sheath like this for it Would make a great yard work knife

When you order the Kydex does it come in a box?

The kydex I ordered from knifekits came in 12x24" sheets (it comes this way unless you only order 1 sf or an odd number of sf if that makes sense) and yes it came inside a big heavy plastic bag inside a box.
