My First LARGE 21!--Nuked by So-Lo! (Pics Added)

That came out really nice, I wouldnt mind having one of my crks done like that. Awesome!

That sure looks ready for use! No need to worry about those scratches now! I like it!

I am not sure it can actually even be scratched any further! The scratches are all very, very shallow though and the slabs are still quite smooth, but have a little texturing--kind of like a new or freshly blasted Seb.

Thanks! It is kind of fun to have one like this. If it were my only Seb I probably wouldn't have done it, but I have a handful of them and so this adds a little variety.

If someone saw it laying on the street and didn't know what it was worth they would pass it by. A stealth knife of sorts.

Wow... It's like looking at a Sebenza through some sort of sepia filter or something. I freaking LOVE it. Does that void your warranty? I really really like that...

Good description!

I have one a package of those in my refrigerator.... Nice knife.

Thanks--your posts are usually short, sweet, and funny!

I haven't asked CRK direct if it voids it, but I think I can confidently say YES.

Love that. The blade has such a rich color to it.

Agreed.

That's just badass!

I was WAITING for you to chime in my sister!

Okay, I'm a little short on terminology here, but I think that the entire knife has been stonewashed. I enjoy stonewashed blades, but have seldom seen scales handled that way. It was surprising to me, but not unpleasant at all. Obviously, you won't have to worry about "carry" marks. I've always purchased and carried used Sebbies, JUST because they were already marked up. My "pretty" inlaid stuff just sits in the safe, and I seldom look at them.
I'm happy for you, and So-Lo did a great job. Congrats to you BOTH.

Thanks brother. I like my Sebs to be worn naturally as well, but when I saw an example of this I knew I had to have one done!
I love it! Super Steam Punk! I'm planning on having it done to my small insingo.

Make sure and post pics as soon as you get it back!

I keep going back to this, the nuked is cool! Makes me want to get it done to one of mine!
