my first manix 2.........omg

Is the tip on the Manix 2 thicker (more robust ) than the Paramilitary ? Anyone have a photo of the spine comparing the two ?

- regards

I'd have to say yes, especially the FFG version. It's thick enough to not be fragile but thin enough to still penetrate and slice well.

Every time I use my new manix I still smile ,I really think I do like it more then my pm2

My index finger is still getting used to the compression lock....the Manix bearing lock is so easy like the axis...

I have been using a Manix2 exclusively over the last couple of months and love it. I cant compare it to the PM2 as I have never even held one. As far as the hollow grind and slicing goes, if you are slicing into something that gives (meat) it is awesome. If you are trying to thinly slice a firm fruit (apple) not ideal, but still can be done. I look forward to trying one of the flat grind Manix2s.

Just ordered two manix 2 and the XL. I'm really glad they went to the S30V. I had one when they first came out, but got on a CRK binge and it got gone. Should be here by the weekend. Love my spydies!!

The Manix 2 is indeed a sweet knife. Congrats on getting one. It's a tough one as well so don't be afraid to put it to work.

When are we going to get a Toxic Green M390 sprint run?! I'd love one.
Better yet do the Blue G-10/Carbon Fiber or Toxic Green G-10/Carbon Fiber.

But since the G-10/CF is probably harder to get, I can settle with just Toxic Green G-10. :D

I'm all about the toxic green!

Couldn't help but take a pic at work
