• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

This knife started life as a Case muskrat cv. My origonal intention was to pull the knife apart, do a little work on the back spring to drop the blade back a little, grind the spine to a smooth curve and drop the tip a little. The intent was to have a thin single blade and learn a little at the same time. As luck would have it, one scale chipped out at the back pin. I guess now is as good of time as any to learn to replace scales on a slip joint!

some nice work done here, Im generally not a fan of muskrats but this isnt half bad. Did you drill out the old pins or did you get whole new bolsters?

That pocket knife looks great. I sure would like to see any pics of the project in progress if you have them.
