My first Nessmuk of 09

Some of you may have already seen some unfinished photo's of this piece. Its finished now. This is the first time in at least 10 years that I have used leather as a part of the handle. Its been something I've been wanting to try again. Stacy had mentioned he had one unopened bag of leather washers and offered to send them my way. Its now less 5 pieces. Thanks!

This knife has a 5 1/2" forged 1084 blade with a mule deer crown handle and a stacked leather and brass spacer. 11" overall.

Its similar to mustard but it was done with Cold Blue and then a soak in bleach.
