Congrats, the yellow looks great, my Boker congress & peanut have made a great pair.

Nice. My first nut is on it's way. I got a used Queen Rawhide for a good price. Needs a little TLC, but that's fine. I'll end up getting a yellow CV like yours though. I just love the yellow delrin knives.

You have inspired this newbie to go peanut shopping. New TSA rules and my second glass of wine on a Saturday night have helped too :)

Looks grand, I believe that yellow Delrin and CV is a killer combo with any pattern, especially the Peanut. The Peanut will grow on you a great deal if you let it, at first I didn't think much of mine, however after countless tales, and testimonies by jackknife, helped me accept it for what it is. You'll enjoy it.

Well done! I bet it won't be your last.

No kidding! already eyeing some other knives that might be considered peanuts. (camillus #22 in particular) although i am really trying to save for the forum knife :P. i dont like decisions..... even though they are good they are also bad :P

Just stick $10 in your sock drawer every pay and you'll have the forum knife more than covered by the time you'll need to pay.

The only peanut I have is the pearl one with the scissors and bail. Havent carried it yet. The Chestnut CV is calling me though!

Last week I ordered a Chestnut Peanut CV along with another Case, but they haven't shipped yet.

Very good choice for a first peanut. My bet is if you keep it sharp, there will not be too many times you will feel you need a bigger knife. Enjoy the ride.

Welcome to Bladeforums and "Traditionals" in particular. You will probably be a bit amazed at what you can do with a peanut. I was and it took me a loonnnngggg time to decide to buy one. I've got five now.
