Thoughts on the .22 LR vs the .22 Hornet?

how is the ammo cost comparison... .22 hornet ammo is a little tough to come by eh?
 
Awesome pics mate, really digging the M6 Scouts. Might be small to some, but it's a fine collection at any rate.

22lr = 1200-1600 fps
22 hornet = 2700-3100 fps

I preffer the what the 22 hornet is capable of but Like the cost for plinking with the 22lr.

22 hornet ranges fron $0.75 - $1.00 a shot here in canada. But the last auction I was at I was able to buy five 50 round boxes for $10 a box.:thumbup:

Nice Rat collection.Those M6 Scouts are very nice..Didn't know they were discontinued though.

That's the most detailed pics I have seen of them.
As the previous post said they are VERY hard to find.

Well, I know have a Tan Izula on the way that I will wrap in OD Para-cord. I also ordered ont of Wookies neck sheaths in coyote Brown. Can't waite to get it.
I will wait for my Tan Izula and then I will post some pics of my Orange wrap as well as My sheath once it arives.
 
Nice RAT collection. I am very jealous.

BTW, I have an M6 in .22 Hornet as well (blued). They are pretty cool survival guns.
 
Man thats a great collection, and great pics....

Id love an M6, but have never seen one available round here.....
