Now that is called stepping up to the plate! Thanks, Derrick. Didn't know it was you that screwed up. Mistakes will happen but how we handle them separates the boys from the men in this game. I think you just picked up a bunch of customers ;)
 
That's just awesome customer service! I agree with Jeff, stepping up and admitting a mistake and then going above and beyond to correct it IS what seperates the men from the boys. It also makes people want to do business with them because they have confidence that no matter what they'll get exactly what they wanted.

I'll have to agree with what most have said here!!! I think all the vendors that frequent this forum are top notch and you can't go wrong with any of them and it was proved why with that post!
 
Knives Ship Free is a great vendor. They will take care of you.

The measure of good customer service is the way a company takes care of their customers when something goes wrong.

I just ordered a RC-5 fom this guy and I can't wait for it to get here. I glad we have such great venders to work with.:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:
