I am new to the forum but not to knifemaking. I call this my sidekick model which is hand forged from 5160, hollow ground with a high polish finish. The handle is Mule deer; spacer is Oregon myrtle wood with brass fittings. The OAL is 6.5 inches with a 3-inch blade. The custom hand stitched, brass riveted sheath has a basket weave pattern on both sides so the knife can be worn on either side as shown below. I also wear this style knife in the vertical position on my chest wader suspenders when out fishing.
