After ages of wanting to try out a Strider,I finally picked up a PTCC. I don't know why I waited so long to get it. If I picked one up to start with it would have saved me a lot of buying/selling/trading. I guess that's part of the fun though, although getting what you want is also fun.

Either you have really big hands or that knife is small.

Nice little knife!

Almost picked one up at Blade the past two years. Never owned a Strider, and was thinking I'll start with an SnG, but since I can't find a plain one i may go ahead and go for a PT first.

Congrats on the PT. It is the perfect size for casual EDC (office etc)
I too have bought and sold a ton only to end up with the SnG being my favorite. Its almost like you need to try many first to really find out what you look for in an EDC folder.

Congrats.
The PT is the only Strider I keep and the CC version is great fit for the hand.
I like a clip though, so I put one on mine.

I am always looking for small EDC quality knives. Is there an option for a clip on the PTCC? Almost looks like it, but I don't see a threaded hole.

The PT has a clip (no lanyard hole), and the PT CC (concealed carry), can't take a clip unless it's custom modified, and why bother? They're otherwise the same knives.

Nice Score!!!!! The Lambert is Awesome too. I'm backwards from you. I have a bunch of Striders and Want a Lambert similar to that or a Mosier, Maybe the right Crusader forge with a flipper. Your PT is Exactly like one of my SMFs. Plain( No Stripes) Although I can't tell from the pic of your PT is Blasted finish or Stonewashed?? PTs are Sweet for Smaller EDC knives. It's funny though. The PT is about the size of the SMFs handle including choil.
You'll Probably become a Strider addict now. It's a Big Problem for me.

This definitely won't be my last Strider. I was worried that the PT would be too small, but it feels a lot nicer in the hand than my small Sebenza did. The lack of a pocket clip isn't an issue for me either as it came with a nice kydex sheath. I like the fact that I don't have to dedicate nearly an entire pocket for a knife.

That Lambert seems to sneak its way into nearly every picture I take, it's quite photogenic. :D

Very nice! My first Strider will probably be a PT, though not a CC since I would like a clip. Those smooth handles sure are sexy.

I get a lot of use out of my PT CC. For daily use , I find it's size purfect.
The lack of clip doesn't bother me at all , rides nicely in a mission wallet.
