Let me set the scene....

Memorial Day 2015. I'm crawling around the WWW in search for a ZT 0452cf, having little to no luck...

As I am sniffing around my Google results I happen to read through a BF thread where Whitty (Scott) happened to post. I was like, duh, why not take a look on his site. Low and behold, he has them in stock. I had a few questions as I had not yet purchased anything from him yet and I proceeded to ask a question through his website email service. Not expecting anything until the following day, maybe, I pressed on with my search.

Within a few moments, I had an email from USA Made Blade on my phone. Keep in mind this is around 9pm on Memorial Day evening. Quite surprised and pleased by this Scott and I exchanged a few more emails working out details and addressing questions. His final email to me around 10pm indicated he was headed over to his shop to do some work and to call him on his mobile phone if I wanted to talk rather than email. Completely floored by this offer, I called Scott at about 10:30pm and we had a great chat. Not only did he ask me for my specific wants in this knife, he hand picked it for me based on what I asked him to look for. Keep in mind, again, this is at about 10:45pm on Memorial Day night, on his mobile phone, while he was at his store prepping shipments for the next morning.

After we talked and he picked out my knife, I jumped on line and paid for the knife. Within 10 min, I had my shipping conformation and tracking number! I even had another question for him about the knife that he went back and verified for me after the fact.

fast forward 2 days, my ZT 0452cf arrives via USPS. The knife was absolutely perfect. Every single thing I asked for Scott was able to nail down perfectly for me in terms of selection of a specific knife. I am beyond pleased with both USA Made Blade and the knife itself.

Im sure many of you have had a similar experience with Scott, but I just wanted to share with you all my particular transaction. As we all know, there are many places online to buy a knife from, and I have probably ordered from many of them with out any negative issues. I will say however that Scott provides a level of service, attention to detail and a desire to do what ever is necessary to make his customers happy that is sometimes very elusive in todays market place.

So in closing, a HUGE thank you and "hats off" to Whitty at USA Made Blade! Not only is he a great business man, he seems like a genuinely great guy as well.

BUY WITH CONFIDENCE from USA MADE BLADE!!!! :)

Thank you very much for this Drew! We do our best and it is great when people let others know!

He is good people. Without getting into details, I had a slight issue with a knife purchased from him that had absolutely nothing to do with him as the dealer (it was a manufacturer issue). He bent over backwards trying to make things right and was genuinely concerned about the issue. He eve offered to fix it himself. Very awesome customer service in my book and I would not hesitate to buy from him again.

I just received my first purchase from Whitty in the mail today, it was ordered last Friday evening, so he got it in the mail quickly. The knife was packaged really well and the USA Made Blade patch was a sweet bonus. Whitty is definitely one of the good guys.

Was at VA in Salisbury as I live about an hour away. It was on a Monday so they were closed. I called bevause unknown to me they are closed on Mondays. I get an answer and the gentlemen just invites me to come on over that he is working on orders. I fiddle with knives for a good 90 minutes and finally buy my first knife that cost over $100 in the form of my first ZT. Recommended anytime you need a knife they have.

I will echo all of the good things that people have said about Scott over at USA MADE BLADES.
I had a PERFECT experience in ordering/receiving a Southern Grind Bad Monkey. The level of personalized attention as well as attention to detail set this apart as one of THE BEST knife buying experiences in memory.

Thumbs up all around.
