• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

I think it came out pretty good. Printed out the instructions off the Strider web site, and went to work. If you Strider guys do this all by hand I give you guys alot of credit.

Now look, the knife is not a Strider so don't bash me to bad.

Thanks for all the nice comments. It took me a couple of tries, and I did it by hand. No vice or anything like that. The only thing is the wrapping is just a little loose. Not like the real Strider stuff. Very tight. But I am happy with the job and I plan on doing it with more knives. Thanks all.

NICE JOB!

I have to tell you I posted a pic of me EBLT that I cord wrapped it came out great but my hands were so freakin tired out from wrapping! Those Strider guys must have gorrilla grips to tie the cord really tight takes a lot of hand strength for sure.

Yours came out great, I have been looking at a lot of my knives wondering what they would be like cord wrapped?

I don't know much about the stretch characteristics of paracord, but do you think it would help to pre-stretch the paracord? Would that help to limit stretching/loosening that might occur after the knife is wrapped?

WTF: That looks good. I might try that myself.

The knife in the picture looks like a Kabar Impact model. I'm interested in those and they're not in any store around here. I'd be interested in any comments you have about the knife.
