Here are a couple of knives I just finished. These are my first.

Blade material: Forged Nicholson File quenched in Peanut Oil
Blade Length: 2.625"
Over all length: 6.5"
Handle material: Cherry
Blue Spacer with brass silver soldered on
Epoxy: Loctite 60 minute
Hidden tang construction
(I think I should have let the epoxy set up longer. There is a spacing between the spacer and the brass. The knife sat for a day before I profiled the handle. It now feels solid, even though it has separated a bit)

if they hold an edge well you did good. the top one could have a little bit more put into it just cleaning/smoothing the edges. the botom one looks like a good utility knife. beter than my first.

Those shapes and that size should be very useful little knives. A very simple stile so there is not much to critique that you probably haven't figured out your self. Keep up the good work. Will be interesting to see what you can do after 20 or so knives.

Jaw round out the handle more its too blocky and not to late to improve. Also make them slightly egg shape they will feel excellent when held. Other than that they look like my first 2. You will get better as time goes on . kellyw
