What you're hearing is the spring assist torsion bar rattling. 99% of the speedsafe knives do this.

I'd argee. I believe they suggested on Facebook of taking a assisted knife that's doing this apart and put a little grease in around the spring.

Thanks for all the advice, I thought it be that. I am guessing since they mentioned that on facebook means that taking the knife apart doesn't void the warranty?

Glad to see, hear others buying/enjoying the 350; I still am really liking it, my Para2 is still my favorite but the 350 is a close second.

Try adding just a drop of mineral oil and see if that works before disassembling the whole thing.
