Here are my five knives so far. Working on 6 and 7. 1-5 from left to right.
Left (1st) Was done mostly on a crappy 1x30 HF belt sander, made from 1084 from USA Knife Maker, Maple scales.
2nd was done on a quickly made file jig with 1084 flat grind to the spine, handle material is black Kirinite.
3rd was done using the file jig with 1084 and black resinwood
4th was free hand filed with 1084 and black and red G10
5th was 1/8 1080 freehand filed with the scale left on and leather handle material (It's ugly but that's intentional, meant to make it look like something from Assassins Creed for my nephew) The leather shrunk much more than i thought, the leather was supposed to butt up against the blade.
