  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

My folder collection is expanding: Post yours!

This is what happens when my financee leaves me alone on a weekday night. I drink beer and open every folder I own.

CRK CF 21, BM 710 M390, BM 940, SAK Pioneer, and Spyderco Stretch are all-time EDC favorites.

I used to have more, but sold most of the ZTs/Kershaws/Chinese knives I've owned for various reasons.

There's some awesome collections on here, for sure! I bet some of the more "mature" collectors could stock a couple knife shops with theirs!

Taken a while back, here's what was in the immediate vicinity - If I count what's in the cars, shop, office, etc... it's probably a couple dozen short of total.

Some interesting collections/accumulations, I was always under the impression that a collection was themed or of like styles, whether by scales, pattern, maker, when your collection is tied together just by the classification of edged tool, you have, (like me) an accumulation of knives.

Like many I've seen so far I have an accumulation with many subsets, for example, I have about 15 SAKs, about as many Spydercos, Benchmades but in reality I'm just a knife hoarder. ;)

Very interesting thought, I've never heard it that way before! In that case, here is my collection of folders with black handles and uncoated blades, with blade lengths under 3.5" :)

I don't have them all in one place at the moment but I'm at five.

Custom Pohan Leu Bluephin
Boker Federal
Custom Shop Buck 110
Benchmade 51
Protech TR3 Tuxedo

As soon as the family is re-united I'll get some pics up.

Here is picture of my folders so far, with a couple fixed blades thrown in.
Sorry for the quality, some day I may update this iPhone3.

Hey Charlie Mike, what do you think of that vatton sub hilt spyderco?

I love it. If I were to only own 1 switchblade, this would be it. (Oh wait, it is)

We both look at collections the same way. I have a small (21) Benchmade collection, a very small (4) Para 2 collection, a Hest 2.0 a Fehrman and a Busse ASHBMLE (on order).
