my gassification stove concept

Sorry, meant to say 1 quart can. What I'm looking to build is the stove from the last wood gas stove thread, I just didn't want to bring that thread back up to the top. Progresso soup cans are too big to fit, and everything else I found was too small.

Just seeing if there are going to be pics, this setup sounds unique, I'm still very eager to learn more about it.

yea sorry guys. kinda forgot about this one.

Heading home today, will pick up the stove and take pics. Cant do any burning, Strata council will fine me again.

No problem, The guts are what interest me, I have my own pretty flames to look at. :D

Can't wait to see!

Well, thought I would bring this thread back up. I made one of these and started playing with it this afternoon. My biggest concern was getting the fire going and feeding the fire. No problem on starting the fire from the top, so was pleasantly surprised. Feeding the fire did require removing the pot, but again no problem. The only changes I see I need to make on mine are to make the pot holder narrower so the pot is closer to the fire and adding some vent holes. All in all, I consider this stove a success. Thanks for posting this. Alan

I'm starting to think you were just leading us on B5!
