My Gold membership is expiring?

I got an email this morning that said my Gold membership is getting ready to expire. The only problem is, I upgraded to Platinum a few months ago. ???

Where do those snailmail letters come from that keep calling you by your name and tell you about wonderful bargains you can buy? They always get my middle initial wrong. How do they know my name anyway? It's mysterious.
