THose tigerhides arent slouches. THey are extremely comfortable:thumbup:
You cant get the snakeskin in mags so you might not of liked the slim standard size anyway.

I can't make myself use mine no matter how much I want to.
I shared KH's views on those .... the hand shaped magnum's felt better for me .... I had one of each in each hand and kept deliberating on whether to go for the snakeskin model .... it IS definately a thing of beauty if you just wanted to grail it and not use it.
Weirdly a lot of people were sharing this view .... everyone knew the 1-13 NMFBM's were the last of the snakeskin and were at a great price .... but there were a lot of them left on Sunday afternoon and you would think they would have disappeared quickly .... then Eric stepped up and bought the lot ....![]()
If I remember there were four of them .... as an investment they must rank as better than gold as they have easily doubled in value ....
Investment wise I really missed out but I was picking up the knives and thinking of them as users .... the investment aspect did'nt kick in hard enough .... :foot:

Congrats on the smartest thing you've ever done. Your pics are so great it makes me want to buy another one.
One of the nicest!
Its not about the investment to me. Its more that I feel this knife is PERFECT exactly how it is. Even if I send it back to Garth he will be removing metal to refurb the knife.
This one along with my TBLE and BWMLE are that well executed IMO. If they were my only knives it would be a different story.
Nice score.
How long do you think you'll be content to let her sit in a drawer? Screams user to me.![]()
