My "Grail" of Grails...

That's a Beauty. I was on the list for one back when they came out. Got hurt working a housefire(firefighter) and had to back out for financial reasons. Regretted it since. Really like this knife.

Really hurt having to refrain from buying the War Train Handcar when it released too. Was dying to get it with Black micarta.

Had to sit back for both and watch the Hogs eat! Glad you got your grail bro!

Gotta love the fatties from busse. It’s one of the reasons I bought My first. very nice Blade bro.

Got a question about them fatty defenders. I looove they way they look but how are they as a legit tac fighter? I know anything beats a sharpened stick but the thick stock appears to wide to be a decent penetrator.
I’m on the hunt for one so I’m more than curious.

I wish that I dared carry a Busse knife because I would sure try to buy this one, but they're too nice to beat up by carrying it.

Imagine, if you will... A situation where a belt knife is all that stood between you and certain death for you, your family, neighbors, etc. whether it was a freak storm that dropped a tree trapping you a burning house. A car crash submerges you in water and your seat belt malfunctions holding you prisoner. A "mostly peaceful" demonstration breaks out and you are caught and have to protect yourself. You witness a violent beating of an innocent and have the chance to stop the attack. A mountain lion chases you down the trail while hiking...

The newspaper prints the story of your heroic deeds, and the tale of your quick, decision making and handiness with a blade. Women swoon and men are jealous of you, your mettle having been tested and found sufficient. And right there for the world to see forevermore, a photo of your bandaged, but alive and smiling face immortalized and holding up your trusty, clearance rack, chinese, Cold Steel knife.

Life is too short to carry cheap knives or baby expensive ones, and too precious to intrust to an inferior blade when the chips are down.

I can understand that. What is your value limit for a user knife?
Do you carry Scrapyard or Swamprat instead?
Your grail doesn't have to be Busse, it can be these others. The secret is in the HT.
