My great Buck-110-collection

I would like to post some photos. I have been collecting a while and have quite a few interesting Buck knives. It looks like I need to get up to speed and get a gold membership. I will invesigate all, as I'm not up to speed here yet, but looking forward to joining in from time to time

You can post pictures without having a Gold membership!!!
Do you use photobucket?

Sounds like smooth (or "second cut") Sambar Stag. I posted a pic of second cut Sambar somewhere...

No, Cicken, it is not made of Stag. It seems to be Corian. It feels cold, just like Stone. I cann't describe the feeling of the Material by using the knife, because I never used it and I would never use it also (please excuse my horrible english).

hkingdom, welcome!! the knife is one of the mystic -110- with a hyphen on the right and the left side of the number.

Best regards,
Herbert

I like the Sambar Stag second-cut smooth scales. You can't see it in my pic (of that Frost), but it does have little blue and black speckles in it. It also has a light, warm feel to it.

I'm going to try rescaling that Elk stag 110 I have with smooth Sambar, if I can get some from TKS or Jantz.

It is fantastic, The Buck knife Family is very regenrative, the family grows pemanently. Here's a pic of the parents and the kids. The grandpa also comes for a visit.

Let's have a look to the happy family:

Best regards,

Nice collection Haebbie. I see that the Marble/Corian is a double dash (-110-) like is being discussed on another thread.

Rabbit, ja, die würde ich mir auch aussuchen. Ich bin auch ein wenig stolz darauf.

Knifeschmied, thanks for your answers. Now we know why the knife has the second dash.
