Just a heads up,

You guys had better watch your ass. Daddy is back ;)

Im just kidding, but I will be trying to take a more active roll in helping with moderation. I will help with reported posts and kick jackasses to the curb as needed. I WILL NOT answer every single question posted here on the forum as related to making knives. I think seeing one person answer every single question posted gets really boring and stagnates the place.

I would like to see some of the older forum members come back and have fun and also help new guys with a balanced discussion as we did a few years ago.

I apoligize for my absence, but I have not had much interest in knives for long time due to health issues. Still not up to doing much actively, but maybe it will do me some good to at least talk knives. We'll see how it goes. If I cant hack it, i'll just step down.

Damn good to hear from my old buddies. Sorry that I've been so "out of it". I used to live for this forum and I dont have much of an excuse for not being here to to help. I guess I let my physical problems get the best of me. I think I have some usefullness left in me and I hope you guys will forgive my absence. I sure miss the old arguments and the fun we had to get to the conclusion that we will always be learning.

Mr. Williams, I don't know you personally, but I certainly welcome you back. Stacy has been doing a fine job keeping us animals corralled. Thanks for all you've done... I would surely not be where I am* if it wasn't for this forum, and all I've learned here :)

*broke, desperate and having recurring nightmares of HT gone bad... thanks a lot! :D
 
Life overwhelms all of us at times, but sounds like you have decided there is value, no matter our circumstance. As you say, we are always learning.
