Well, since you are the first person ask me about it I'll tell you honestly. By starting off. Most of my Busse are "Safe Queen". So what I can tell you is the impression than actual performance. So keep that in mind.
Personal Impression: I found my Jack is a bit thin in hand. Suprised me enough, the bigger FBM or HH with SS handle don't feel thin, SS actually feel more perfect than Mag! Perhpas its the handle shape differece?
As for Jack, it need a Mag handle IMO to improved the feel to "perfect" degree. Usually I am not a Mag handle person. If my BA is not going to be a safe queen, is going to be a user, I'll choose Mag handle.
After all, SS only comes in standard scale. SJTAC, BATAC's SS handle pattern is most unique amoung all. There is no bad looking SS handle but IMO SJTAC/BATAC SS handle is the most beautiful. For that i give :thumbup: :thumbup:

Because of that.. i just called and changed to Magnum handles on my BA-TAC order! ..also changed blade color while i was at it! LOL
well.. quite a few folks have been recommending mags.. and your answer just pushed me to finally get it Done!
what's another $35 right?? can't even get decent sushi for that!
got to talk to a sweet young lady named Kathy.. got my order changed.. everything's good

Hehehehe.....well....that sure put me under a lotta pressure....cuz everybody's feel things different in hand...
I have a small hand, i mean REAL small...its 3.5" wide X 6.25" long small.
I sure preferr mags than Standard on models like Jack TAC, BA only.
tony22r, I hope you like your choice.
p.s. I forget to meantion, Older Jack feel a lot, a lot better in hand. I had a chance to hold it, love it till today i think about it. I thought it was too expansive then I did not get it. (I wasn't really into Busse then). Sure that was a decision I truely regret everyday.
