I like collection pictures, so here is my humble Dozier collection;

DSCN2470.jpg

K-8 Simi Skinner in Ironwood (?) burl
K7 Slim Outdoorsman in jigged bone
K31 Arkansas Traveller in Sambar Stag
KS-7 Wilderness knife in black Micarta

My daily carry knife is the Slim Outdoorsman. Really nice and thin. Does anything I ask so far (No batoning :D)
My favorite......K31 Arkansas Traveler....really like that Stag!! I call that my barbeque knife!!
Really need to put the wilderness knife through its paces. Hasn't been out of the house yet. Hope to change that soon.

Doc

Any other Dozier pics out there??

Those are some nice Doziers you have there. I especially really liked the Arkansas Traveller.
Here are mine:

Love that stag!
Dozier's knives are like those famous potato chips "You can't have just one!"

humble + dozier = no?

lovely knives, but I would assume owning even one comes with substantial pride of ownership.

I just got a couple more that I need to add to the pic, but here's what I've got - love them Doziers!

Turns out that Dozier in Arkansas just doing his job as it suppose to be done, for so many years came to perfection, or at leas get far ahead of everybody in blade quality.

Just being focused on what good American craftsman suppose to do - doing his job best, without noise and hype, he surpass everybody including super modern powder metallurgy as American as Japanese - just everybody.

Thanks, Vassili.

P.S. I even wrote review in English for one of them:

Is there any Dozier knife that is not hollow ground?

Dan Crotts does the convexing work in the Dozier shop. He has done it on a couple knives that I have and he did an excellent job on them.

Very nice. However what I'd like to know is if there is any factory knife what so ever that is not hollow ground?

~Paul~

I ment. Is there a standard issue Dozier knife that is not hollow ground or pimped up by mr Dan Crotts?

~Paul~

If you want a convexed Dozier you can order it that way directly from the Dozier shop. Dan Crotts is Bob Dozier's stepson and part of the Dozier staff. He does many, if not most, of the hollow grinds too. If you order any Dozier there is an excellent chance it has been through Dan's hands. At one time you could also get a flat grind as well, and I'm pretty sure that you still can.

Dan also has a separate line of knives put out under his own name.
