My Humble Knob Creek Haul

Is there any particular reason that nobody ever posts the prices for what they paid at these shows? Is it supposed to be kept confidential for any particular reason?

Hey Marvin. I don't think there's an effort on anyone's part to keep show prices hidden.
In fact, there was a recent thread that tracked the prices of many of the knives at Knob Creek this time around.
To be honest, I think most people, myself included, just want to share the cool knives we've been able to get.
It's fun to see people's hauls, to see blades side by side for comparison, even to get a feel for what some people like to collect over against others.
I don't think most folks would mind sharing what they paid for most things.
You might bump into someone looking to make a big profit on sales who won't want to share original prices, but I think that is more the exception than the norm.
While treacherous at the trough, the HOGs are one cool bunches of mammals, and a pm or email inquiry is likely to get a kind response.:thumbup:
