My idea for a Becker.

Wow...nice job, and great feedback from everybody too. However (and I think I must be alone in this), I think it's time we go smaller...not BIGGER. We've all got great choppers and zombie dispatchers, but what we really need is something a tad more subtle...

...something around 8" overall, slight recurve in the belly, modified handle design...oh wait, there is that Tweener I've seen pics of (and subsequently dreamed of)...:D

i'm told by an expert that "recurves are neat. they tickle on the way in, and the way out... but historically, they don't sell."

one of the reasons the Brute will never make a comeback. it's a recurve.

some of the most popular knives have flats to varying degrees of curve leading to (get in my) bellies...

in some respects, khukris are still the anti-recurve. i still likes them.

I've heard that they're a real bugger to sharpen too, but dag-gummit they are sexy to look at. Heck, I'd even take a flat ground or scandi, I just don't need another chopper...

Ditch the recurve, give it a slight belly along the entire length. And bring the edge all the way back to the handle.

Do these things, and I will buy one.

Yeah recurved blades look nice, but they're such a pain in the neck to sharpen that I will never, not effing ever, buy another one.

I like all the versions of the Brutus, maybe the 2nd one the best.
I'd buy any of them in a heartbeat. But then if you took a Chevy leaf spring, painted it black put Grivory handles on it, gave it a becker BK series number, I'd buy it!

Joking aside, nice work!
